A Melbourne first! Me, Lindsay Dugan (Shakuhachi), Noriko Tadano (Tsugaru Shamisen), and Satsuki Odamura from Sydney (Koto), will be presenting a programme full of collaborations and new partnerships!

The pieces are going to be unique and challenging, and there will be a big ensemble piece at the end!

Join me, Lindsay Dugan (Shakuhachi), and Wang Zheng Ting (Chinese Sheng), for a concert of Chinese and Japanese music. The first half of the concert will be purely Chinese music by Wang, and the second half will be Japanese music by me and Lindsay. We'll also be doing some collaborative pieces between the 3 of us!

Japanese sweets will also be sold on the day.

Anne Norman (shakuhachi) and I will present a programme that draws upon the theme of moonlight and the romantic nature of it. We'll be joined by my koto ensemble, and some special guests as well!
